Terms & Conditions

Scope of Service
Otherwise exists at the intersection of creative development and psychological insight. What follows clarifies the nature of that work and its limits.
Otherwise is a creative development resource. Our curriculum, tools, and offerings are designed to support self-exploration, artistic growth, and psychological development as an ongoing practice. They are educational and creative in nature.
Otherwise is not a therapy practice, a clinical service, or a substitute for professional mental health treatment. While our curriculum is informed by evidence-based psychological frameworks and developed in collaboration with licensed mental health professionals, participation in our programming does not constitute a therapeutic relationship of any kind.
Our offerings are not intended to diagnose, treat, or address clinical mental health conditions. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require clinical support, we encourage you to seek care from a licensed mental health professional.
We take seriously the space we occupy. This clarity is part of that commitment.
By engaging with Otherwise programming, you acknowledge that you are doing so in the spirit of creative and personal development, and that you remain responsible for your own decisions, wellbeing, and engagement throughout that process. We are here to support that journey—not to direct it on your behalf.
